How to Get Support: The Dealer Process

For any after-sales issue—warranty claim, technical question, or repair request—please follow this one-step process.

Contact your Maxtour sales representative. They are your direct and fastest link to resolve any matter. Please have your company name and order number ready.

Your sales rep will then coordinate the entire process for you:

Step 1.

They will collect initial details, guide you on providing any necessary evidence (e.g., photos),  and obtain all required internal approvals.

Step 2.

They will arrange the next steps, which may include issuing a Return Authorization,

coordinating a replacement shipment, or facilitating a repair through our nearest service point.

Step 3.

They will confirm when the issue is resolved and follow up to ensure your satisfaction.
