1 .Limited Product Warranty

1.1 Warranty Period:

Maxtour warrants its battery products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase by the buyer.

1.2 What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers the repair or, at Maxtour’s sole discretion, replacement of a battery that is proven to be defective due to material or manufacturing faults. All replaced parts or products become the property of Maxtour.

1.3 What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions):

This warranty does not cover issues or damage resulting from:

Misuse, Neglect, or Accident: Including but not limited to physical damage (dents, cracks, crushing), water immersion, or exposure to extreme temperatures beyond product specifications.

Unauthorized Modification or Repair: Any service or alteration performed by personnel not authorized by Maxtour.

Improper Use or Installation: Use with incompatible chargers, controllers, or motor systems not specified by Maxtour.

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual capacity loss over time and use within expected performance parameters.

Improper Storage or Care: Failure to follow provided storage guidelines (e.g., long-term storage at full charge or 0% charge).

Acts Beyond Our Control: Such as fire, flood, or other force majeure events.

Beyond the warranty, Maxtour is your dedicated partner for the long-term performance of your products.

2.1 24/7 Technical Support:

Our global support team is available to assist with technical inquiries, usage guidance, and troubleshooting. Contact us via email or our website’s support portal for prompt assistance.

2.2 Strategic Service Centers:

To ensure swift local service for our international partners, we maintain strategic facilities including a dedicated service and repair center in Germany. This enables faster assessment, repair, and return for our European customers.

2.3 Spare Parts & Repairs:

We maintain an inventory of genuine spare parts (including connectors, BMS units, and casing components). Out-of-warranty repair services are available at a reasonable cost to extend the life of your Maxtour battery.

3.How to Make a Warranty or Service Claim

To obtain warranty service or out-of-warranty repair, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Initiate a claim by emailing our after-sales service team at service@szmaxtour.com (or message your sales executive directly) with your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.

Provide Documentation: You may be asked to provide proof of purchase (invoice) and photos/videos clearly demonstrating the problem.

Evaluation & Authorization: Our technical team will evaluate the claim. If covered under warranty or approved for service, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Shipment: Return the product to the designated service address (e.g., our Germany center for EU clients) using the provided guidelines. Do not ship batteries without prior approval and proper labeling.

Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or issue a refund as determined. We strive to complete this process efficiently.
